Each piece is handmade by me, and production time is 2 weeks following the date your order was placed. As each piece is made to order, this wait time includes the arrival of fabrics/trims/any other essentials to make your order perfect. If there are any delays with your order and the wait time goes beyond the 2 week production period, I’ll contact you via email to alert you of any changes.

As each piece is made to order, I’m unable to accept any returns. Every embroidered piece takes up to 2 hours to make, and every dress takes up to 5 hours to make. To ensure a correct fit, check the size guide before placing your order. Any special requirements can be added to your note at checkout.
